Need mega menu with sticky and need custom link with manual css style

Dear Sir,

Please Note I Upload the BIZ Pro theme to my website ( ambayeye.com)

Please update it as seen in demo

and I want Mega menu in this and also want custom link on the right side of menubar with custom css those have different hover color.

and also need sticky menu bar for this
